UNICELL PF products are natural, insoluble, highly powdered cellulose derived from hard wood and fibrous plants.
TYPES OF powdered cellulose AVAILABLE
Cellulose is a natural building material of all plant structures. UNICELL PF fibers are produced in lengths: 30, 75, 90, 200 and 500 microns and they appear as flavorless and tasteless fibrous white powder.
Application:
UNICELL PF fibers blend excellently with other ingredients, reduce fat absorption during frying, work as good fillers and flowability agents in the diet products.
